Children and Young People SVQ2 (SCQF Level 6) Taught Classes
A practical, work-based qualification for those in early learning and childcare, developing the skills, knowledge and values needed to deliver safe, high-quality care through fortnightly taught classes.

Children and Young People SVQ3 (SCQF Level 7) MA Supported Weekly Day Release Programme
An extended Modern Apprenticeship programme for those who have limited experience but the ability and commitment to develop their skills to practitioner level.

Children and Young People SVQ3 (SCQF Level 7) MA Supported Evening Programme
An extended Modern Apprenticeship programme for those who have limited experience but the ability and commitment to develop their skills to practitioner level.

Children and Young People SVQ3 (SCQF Level 7) Evening Programme
An evening taught programme for more experienced staff working or ready to work at practitioner level who would gain from classroom-based teaching and support.

Children and Young People SVQ3 (SCQF Level 7) Open Assessment
A distance learning model where candidates work through the qualification independently, but with support from their assessor. Suitable for experienced practitioners with the necessary study skills

Children and Young People SVQ4 (SCQF Level 9) Open Assessment
A distance learning model where candidates work through the qualification independently, but with support from their assessor. Suitable for managers and deputy managers in a day care service where you are involved in leading a team.
